To get to the "Help Me!" screen follow these instructions for your type of phone:

Keep the phone on that screen do not move away from it.
Fill out the form below using the details you see on your phone it will make a password you type in to get into the hidden screen.
(use lowercase letters and no extra spaces)
(put a space between the number and the brackets, eg, 5.0.0.296[space](463)
(just numbers do not type the letters secs
(how many days the EScreen will remain hidden, 1 day is fine)

START TYPING THE PASSWORD ABOVE INTO THE HELP ME SCREEN
You will not see the digits as you type them, remember YOU MUST PRESS ALT BEFORE EACH NUMBER and and lowercase letters or multitap to enter the digits on SureType devices., if you get it wrong just retry again once the digits are entered correctly, the Engineering Screen will activate.
Once activated, the screen will look like this, Choose the OS ENGINEERING SCREENS option
Choose the DEVICE INFO option
Scroll down until you see a line starting with MEP, this is the MEP code.
